You won’t find our Head of Finance Manuel – aka Mäni, aka Göggel – sitting in an office wearing a white shirt and tie. Instead, he handles his tasks comfortably in boardshorts fresh from the beach… at least as long as he can keep his feet still. Otherwise, he’s already off surfing, trying to catch a barrel. And if he’s not in his van full of surfboards and tons of sand, living his best life somewhere between France and Africa, you’ll find him in Switzerland chasing his next mountain adventure—running, climbing, or skiing.
Spontaneous, optimistic, and just a tiny bit stubborn, he approaches life with a big heart and endless energy. His caring nature is something we truly appreciate. And thanks to his charm, we sometimes manage to quietly ignore it when he eats our food again—without even realizing it himself. It’s honestly impressive he still has a six-pack.

Nicole about Carole:
Meet Carole, our creative powerhouse from Rapperswil! If you’re holding a new favorite piece, she’s probably the one who chose it, designed it, and filled her notebook with wild scribbles in the process. Surfing, skating, climbing, biking – Carole is basically always outside. With an architecture degree behind her, she’s not just building our brand, she’s building the entire foundation for it. At first she seems calm, elegant, maybe a little shy. But give it a moment and she becomes the funniest person in the room, dropping random lines that make you laugh days later. And once she’s had a drink or two… well, things definitely get lively. What we love most? Her loyalty, her passion, her honesty – and the fact that she’s always there, whether we need the final polish on a collection or someone to remind us, “Hey, we’ve got this.” Carole doesn’t just create products. She turns ideas into experiences and brands into communities.
Pieper - Logistic
Manuel about Philipp:
Meet Philipp or Pipo, as we all call him. Our organizational genius and rock in the midst of chaos. When deadlines slip or someone takes a detour, Pipo keeps us on track with calm, structured precision. Sport is a big part of his life, and he brings that energy into his role at O’shore, often personally carrying packages from the attic to the post office usually with a smile, sometimes after climbing a swim, or a beach volleyball game. Winter finds him carving fresh ski lines, summer has him climbing peaks or paddling through waves. Outdoors, movement, and energy are his constant companions.
What we love about him? His clarity, loyalty, and calm. Pipo doesn’t just bring order to chaos; he brings heart to our brand and a little adventure to the team every day.

Philipp about Nicole:
meet Nicole – Nici, or simply The Jämmer.
Our action filmmaker and photographer turns our website and Instagram into a stage full of heart, color, and creativity. But it’s not just our content that gets her energy – she spreads pure joy to everyone around her. Nici radiates a contagious happiness and lightness that keeps the team laughing. On the side, she gets people on skis, into yoga, or to the best drinks. Officially, her title fits her perfectly: certified globetrotter with Dauerfernweh.
Watch out – The Jämmer is everywhere. With her drive, adventurous spirit, and love for trying new things, Nici is our go-to spark for fresh, bold, and sometimes delightfully wild ideas.
