Shipping policy

1. Shipping Area

We deliver within Switzerland. International deliveries are available upon request only.

 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown during the checkout process.
For orders of CHF 99 or more, delivery is free of charge.

 

3. Shipping Provider

Deliveries are handled by Swiss Post (“Die Schweizerische Post AG”).

 

4. Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after receipt of payment.
If delays occur, we will inform you by email.

 

5. Shipping and Risk

Risk transfers to the customer once the goods are handed over to the shipping provider.
Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt and report any transport damage within 48 hours.

 

6. Partial Deliveries

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries.
You will not incur any additional shipping costs for this.
